Saved Meals
Recall a named meal to copy its planned post again.
Pick your foods, including a vegetable. We’ll calculate amounts to fit your target. The last food is trimmed if needed.
One food at a time, in either order: “130 grams chicken breast” or “chicken breast 130 grams.” Short names like sourdough, pasta, bagel and steak work too.
Enter one food at a time with a percentage, grams, ounces, or “fill ring.”
Press Enter or tap Add typed food. To remove a food, type “delete” and its name. How to add foods
- Tap Tap the microphone to speak your foods and allow microphone access.
- Say a food and its percentage or weight: “Chicken breast, 50 percent.” Or say “Chicken breast, 130 grams” or “Filet mignon, 4 ounces.” The amount can come first or last: “130 grams chicken breast” also works. Short names are welcome; we’ll ask if more than one food matches. “Pasta” means regular pasta; specify whole wheat or lentil when you mean those. “Steak” uses the shared steak guide serving. Amounts that exceed a remaining macro target are trimmed automatically; prepare the adjusted amount shown.
- Wait for “Added,” then say the next food: “Shrimp, 50 percent.” Two 50-percent proteins fill your protein ring. Grams and ounces fill the ring according to your one-page nutrition guide.
- Starting with weighed food? Say “Sourdough bread, 50 grams.” Then say “White rice, whole remaining amount” to finish the carb ring. To leave room for another food, give a percentage instead: “White rice, 25 percent.” That fills 25% of the full carb target, not 25% of the remainder. Then name a third food with “fill ring.”
- To remove a food completely, say “Delete melon” or “Remove melon.” This removes its entire amount and recalculates your rings. You can also tap Remove beside a selected food.
- Repeat for carbs and fats. Each ring should reach 100 percent. Percentages are of your full meal target, including any weighed foods. Combo foods fill more than one ring. For vegetables, just say the name: “Green beans.”
Pause after each food so we can add it. Don’t dictate the entire meal at once. Say “cooked” or “uncooked” for potatoes; “sweet potatoes” alone means uncooked.
About microphone & privacy
Your browser’s speech service may process audio remotely. Microphone permission is requested when you tap Start. Check each food as it appears.
Search by food name, or open a category below. Your selected foods stay at the top. Select foods to share the remaining target, or lock an amount you’ve already weighed.

Choose each period’s last day. Each average includes that day and the six days before it.
Rate is normalized to one week using the number of days between period ends. It appears only when both periods contain seven recorded weights. Missing measurements are never counted as zero.
